Interested in becoming an Independent Contractor/provider?

And I Shall Rise, LLC is a growing agency that is committed to providing opportunities for empowered, meaningful work that holds space for independence, community connection, and growth. We are dedicated to creating a safe space that supports the provider in their journey of growing their business.

Providers are independent contractors which means each provider sets their own schedules and chooses the number of hours that feels right for their needs and geographical area of service.

Our contracted providers are paid monthly as funds are received from the county consortiums/programs in which they provide services. Due to the pay schedule of our county partners, all contractors typically receive payment for their invoiced services within 60 days from the end of the month in which they provided services.
